KindlyListed is a directory platform that helps families find inclusive, IDD-friendly businesses, events, and resources. We empower community members and businesses to share, discover, and support one another.

2. User Accounts

• You may create an account using your email address.
• You’re responsible for maintaining the security of your login credentials.
• You agree to use your account lawfully and respectfully.

3. Business & Content Submissions

• Users may submit businesses, events, or resources.
• You must only submit content that is truthful and that you have the right to share.
• You must not impersonate a business or individual.
• Listings may be reviewed or removed at our discretion for violations of these Terms.

4. Reviews and Community Standards

• Reviews should be respectful, honest, and free of hate speech or discriminatory content.
• We reserve the right to moderate or remove content that violates our community guidelines or these Terms.

5. Featured Listings & Payments

• Businesses may choose to pay for “featured” placements.
• Payments are securely processed via Stripe or other third-party providers.
• Featured placement does not imply endorsement by KindlyListed.
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

6. Intellectual Property

All content you submit remains yours, but you grant us a license to display it on our platform. The design, branding, and original content of KindlyListed are owned by KindlyListed, LLC and may not be reused without permission.

7. Prohibited Use

You may not use KindlyListed to:

• Post false, misleading, or harmful information
• Harass, threaten, or abuse others
• Upload malicious code or disrupt the platform
• Violate any laws or regulations

8. Disclaimers

• We strive for accuracy, but we do not guarantee the accuracy of listings or reviews.
• KindlyListed is not responsible for the conduct or quality of any businesses or services listed.
• Use of the site is at your own risk.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any user account at our discretion, especially if you violate these Terms.
